Chapter 9

Work With Me

Here is where everything you’ve read so far comes together as a real, living process tailored to you, your family, or your company. Together, we create a structure that supports your brain, your nervous system, and your real daily life — not an idealized version of a “perfect student”.

Who I Work With

I work with adults, teenagers, parents, and companies who are ready to move away from school-style pressure and into a calmer, more effective way of learning. People who:

  • have learned English for years but still feel blocked when speaking,
  • want English for real life: work, travel, relationships — not just exams,
  • are sensitive to stress or tired of traditional lessons,
  • want a gentle, playful, and realistic approach for their children,
  • represent companies that care about people, not only results.

How Our Work Looks

Our meetings are not about “performing” English. They are about building patterns, safety, and confidence step by step.

1. Initial Conversation

We explore your history with English, your current reality, and what feels important right now — without judgment or pressure.

2. Nervous System First

We adjust pace, input, and tasks to your nervous system, energy, and capacity. You are allowed to be tired, busy, or overwhelmed — we work with what is real.

3. Pattern-Focused Practice

We use real sentences, audio, and small speaking tasks that you can repeat and integrate into daily life and work, so English becomes more automatic.

4. Tiny Home Experiments

Instead of traditional homework, you get short “English moments”, games, and listening rituals that fit into your day — alone, with family, or at work.

5. Recorded Conversation & Transcripts

When needed, we record a short conversation and analyze it together — looking at unconscious speech patterns, common mistakes, and moments when your Polish thinking takes over. We use transcripts to build new, more natural English patterns.

6. Professional Coaching

For professionals, we focus on preparing for real meetings and presentations: structuring your message, calming the nervous system, and practicing the key phrases you need for the situations that matter most.

For Individuals and Families

If you are an individual learner, teenager, or parent, our cooperation may include:

  • 1:1 online sessions (usually weekly or bi-weekly),
  • creating English-friendly rituals at home,
  • designing “English moments” that fit into your real days,
  • gentle work with shame, blocks, and school-based fear,
  • using music, sound, and play as core tools.

We go at a pace that your nervous system can actually handle — not the pace a textbook demands.

For Companies and Teams

In companies, we work with real communication: meetings, emails, and quick corridor conversations, and in difficult situations. Depending on your needs, this may include:

  • regular 1:1 sessions with key employees,
  • small-group sessions focused on actual tasks and scenarios,
  • industry-specific listening and reading input,
  • short English rituals before and after meetings,
  • support for leaders who run teams in English.

The goal is not “perfect English” but clear, kind, and confident communication that supports your work rather than blocking it.

How to Start

If what you’ve read here feels close to your experience, the next step is simple:

  1. Send me a short message describing your situation and needs.
  2. We schedule an initial conversation to see what feels possible right now.
  3. We choose a realistic frequency and format that match your capacity.

You don’t need a perfect plan. You only need a sense that you’d like English to feel lighter, more natural, and more “yours”.
