2.2 When you become my client

When we start working together, I may process:

• your name and surname,
• your email address,
• billing details (only what is needed to issue an invoice),
• session notes that help me prepare and adjust our lessons and consultations,
• scheduling information,
• communication history (email only).

I do not record or store audio or video from our sessions unless you explicitly ask for this and give clear consent.
If we create audio exercises or transcripts (for example, short voice recordings or written transcripts of parts of our sessions) as part of your learning process, this is done only with your consent, and these materials are stored securely.

2.3 When you browse this website

When you visit the site, technical data may be collected automatically, such as:

• IP address,
• browser type and version,
• device information,
• pages visited and time spent on the site.

This is collected through essential WordPress cookies and basic analytics tools (for example, Jetpack Stats).

2.4 External platforms

If you click links to external platforms, such as YouTube or Facebook, those services may process additional data in line with their own privacy policies.

3. Legal basis for processing

I process your data on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract – to provide communication consulting, mentoring, English communication sessions, and related services.
• Legitimate interest – to respond to enquiries, manage my schedule, and improve my services.
• Legal obligation – to issue invoices, keep accounting records, and comply with tax regulations.
• Consent – for optional actions such as certain cookies, sharing materials, joining the Facebook group, or creating recordings or transcripts for your learning process.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me. This does not affect processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.

4. How I use your data

Your data is used to:

• communicate with you and reply to your messages,
• plan, deliver, and adjust lessons, sessions, or consultations,
• issue invoices and keep accounting records,
• prepare materials tailored to your needs,
• provide access to the private Facebook group (if you choose to join),
• monitor basic statistics of the website and improve its functioning,
• comply with legal obligations.

If you choose to join the private Facebook group, Facebook will process your profile data (such as your name, profile picture, and your activity within the group) in line with its own Privacy Policy. I do not download or store data from the group outside the Facebook platform.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

5. How long do I keep your data?

• Messages from the contact form: up to 90 days.
• Client and billing data: for the period required by Polish law (usually 5–6 years).
• Session notes: for the duration of our cooperation, unless a longer period is required by law.
• Analytics data: according to WordPress/Jetpack retention settings.
• Cookies: according to the Cookie Policy and your browser settings.

You can ask me to delete your data earlier if there is no legal obligation to keep it.

6. Who has access to your data?

I only share your data with trusted service providers necessary to run this website and my business, such as:

• WordPress.com / Automattic – hosting, platform, and statistics,
• Gmail / Google – email communication,
• Facebook – if you join the private group,
• YouTube – when you watch embedded playlists,
• Google Meet and Microsoft Teams – when we hold online sessions using these platforms,
• Payment processors – if online payments are used.

These providers process data on my behalf and are required to follow data protection rules compatible with the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• correct inaccurate or incomplete data,
• request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”),
• restrict processing,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw consent at any time (for processing based on consent),
